False alarm

I didn't get sick after all!

I wish I could say the events described previous are the exception, however, they're becoming day in the life. Okay, it isn't always such a comedy of errors, but all our days seem to be that packed and I can't even quantify all the stuff falling through the cracks of doom in our lives. I was in a meeting with our CEO today on a speakerphone with a brief break in the conversation in which I took a call on my cell from Phillip who informed me I was supposed to have left half an hour ago to another appointment. I got that "oh shit" look on my face. CEO asked me what's wrong and I told him I'd missed an appointment. Fortunately, Phillip spaced on it too and was just calling to tell me we both forgot! Saved!!

It always works out in the end.
